The Challenge

Glassdoor's on-premise SQL Server infrastructure was becoming increasingly complex and costly to manage. They needed to migrate to a more scalable, flexible, and cost-effective platform without disrupting their services. The goal was to move their databases to AWS RDS, a managed database service, to reduce the operational burden on their team and leverage the benefits of the cloud.
